Uluwatu Temple and Kecak Dance is located on the edge of a high cliff overlooking the waves crashing into the rocks. This temple is considered one of the spiritual pillars of Bali and it is a mystical and beautiful place to visit in the late afternoon, when the sun goes down. The view from the temple is breathtaking even if it’s not during sunset. The seaside landscape and the Uluwatu Temple itself make one of the most famous island’s postcard.
After exploring the temple you will experience Kecak Dance, which is a very interesting cultural performance depicting the Balinese culture. Kecak Dance is a Balinese drama that mixes dance and music. The music, body movements of the dancers, and the spectacular and colorful costumes are also some of the highlights of the show. The guide will take you back to your hotel after the performance.
